Q&A
1、用跨境卡车，除了缩短了运输时效外，还有哪些优势？
答：
1）跨境公路在新疆前置仓的加持下，为客户提供了陆运柔性服务并全面提升客户订单管理效率。
2）跨境公路的包容性更强，可以承接危险品，大件工程货物，含电池货物，白色家电货物等空运和铁路敏感货物。
3）货物入口岸保税仓后，入区即视同出口，客户就可以退税。相比传统的铁路运输，缩短了客户的退税时效。
2、跨境卡车大部分是辐射中亚，中欧区域，请问可以去西欧吗，运输时效如何？
答：我们的跨境卡车服务，可以辐射整个中亚，中俄，东盟，以及欧洲板块，甚至英国和北欧板块也是没有问题的。比如目前我们运输比较多的就是纯锂电池货物到西班牙，通过阿拉山口出境后，直接卡车到西班牙海运港口Algeciras，在Algeciras坐船到摩洛哥，门到门全段运输时效在18天左右，正常情况下到门到西欧城市的时效在14天左右，到波兰12天左右，到中亚门到门8天左右， 到俄罗斯门到门9-10天左右。
3、东盟板块，密尔克卫的核心优势是什么？
答：随着RCEP区域的经济发展，密尔克卫一直致力于东盟板块的核心能力建设。通过自建网络，实现危险品跨境运输。
1）可提供国际铁路和国际卡车服务：从广西的凭祥入境东盟，我们可提供中越铁路运输服务，也可以提供中越卡车服务，甚至还可以从通过越南衔接柬埔寨，泰国等。
2）自备冷柜：可提供专业的冷链保险国际铁路和跨境卡车运输服务，自备冷柜及专业的冷柜运营人员，为冷链运输提供了核心的技术支撑。
4、请详细说说关于罐箱铁路测试期运输的收费和准备周期？
答：（1）收费：我们会对项目进行仔细调研，初步确认理论上装卸货没问题后，提供一个双方认可的正式合作的报价，那么我们测试柜也收取这个费用，不额外收费。测试如果不成功，清洗、退罐调拨等费用由我司承担，以此降低客户试验新模式的顾虑和门槛。（2）准备时间：接到测试指令后，15天以内空罐可以到达全国任何地点的工厂进行装货。
5、哪些危险品能通过铁路运输的？
答：距离在1000公里以上，月稳定发货量在1000吨以上的业务都可以研究是否具备铁路运输的可行性，如黄磷、液碱、片碱、磷酸、丙酮等等，需要具体项目做具体方案。对于暂时还不能在铁路上进行运输的，也可以保持关注，随时铁路政策的变化，未来8/9类的更多的产品，相信将以集装箱运输的形式更多的在铁路上放开，建议和我司保持联系，我们会更新相关情况给相应的客户。
